TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Appointments: Customers must schedule their first appointment 6 to 12 months before the event for a fitting, during which they may try on up to two dresses. This appointment requires a $20 fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation and an additional $20 fee. If a second appointment is necessary, the customer may try on two additional dresses for a $20 per dress fee.
2. Appointment Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $20 fee.
3. Final Fittings: Final fittings are scheduled at least 90 days before the event to take final measurements, with no additional charge. The dress must be picked up at least 30 days before the event, and the dress must be fully paid for before it can be picked up by the customer.
4. Rush Orders: Orders placed within three months of the event are considered “Rush Orders.” A final dress pickup appointment must be scheduled at least one month before the event. At this appointment, the dress must be paid in full before it can be picked up by the customer. No structural changes can be made after the order is placed, and any minor adjustments may incur additional fees. For Rush Orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, withthe remaining 50% due at pickup.
5. Cancellation & Refund: Customers may cancel their order before production begins; however, 20% of the deposit is non-refundable, while the remaining 80% of the deposit will be refunded within 2-5 business days. Once production has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds due to material and labor costs. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies, Viann’K Mansur may review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if any accommodations can be made. All custom dresses are final sale, meaning no returns or exchanges are accepted. If there are defects or errors, customers must report them within 30 days for assessment and possible resolution.
6. Changes to the Orders: Customers may request structural changes (e.g., color, length, corset adjustments) within 30 days of placing the order. After this period, only minor modifications
(e.g., beading, stones, bows) may be considered, typically at the three-month fitting, and may incur additional fees. All change requests will be reviewed by a Viann’K Mansur representative,who will provide a cost estimate before proceeding. Any approved changes must be documented and signed in a Dress Change Request Form. No changes will be accepted once the dress is completed and ready for pickup.
7. Payments: A 40% deposit is required to begin production on all custom dresses, except Rush Orders. The remaining 60% balance must be paid in _____equal monthly installments following the initial deposit. The dress must be fully paid before it can be picked up. If a customer changes their pickup date by more than 90 days, Viann’K Mansur reserves the right to adjust pricing based on material and production costs. Any additional charges must be paid before the new pickup date. Disputes regarding payments must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested, and any unresolved balances must be repaid.
8.Mailing Orders: Customers may choose to have their dress shipped instead of picking it up in-store. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, which are calculated based on the delivery location and added to the total cost at the time of shipment. Viann’K Mansur is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. In cases of lost or damaged shipments, customers should report the issue immediately, and Viann’K Mansur will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier. However, all risk and responsibility for the shipment are assumed by the customer once the dress is shipped.
9. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including designs, trademarks, and copyrights, remain the sole property of Viann’K Mansur. No rights, licenses, or ownership are transferred to the customer.
10. Disputes & Liability: Viann’K Mansur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Entire Agreement: This Custom Order Form, including all exhibits, represents the entire understanding between the parties and may only be modified, supplemented, or amended in writing, signed by both parties.
12 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas. The customer: (1) waives any objection to jurisdiction and venue in Harris County, Texas; (2) agrees not to file legal proceedings outside these courts; (3) waives the right to a trial by jury. Before litigation, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Harris County, Texas.

By signing this Custom Order Form, you will have accepted the terms and conditions of a purchase with Viann’K Mansur.
1. Review of details: Verify that all the accessories and changes that you requested are included in the Item Chart.
2. Final Sales: All sales are final, and no returns are accepted on custom orders.
3. Change Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date on this Custom Order Form to request any changes to your order.
Changes to your order may be subject to additional fees.
